Pricing questions
What happens on the Free plan after 2 GB?
Free is hard-capped at 2 GB of accepted uncompressed data per billing period. Upgrade to Detect, Investigate, or Enterprise for higher volume.
Can Enterprise pricing be customized?
Yes. Enterprise starts at $3,999 per month and supports committed capacity, one to five years of retention, invoicing, SLAs, and implementation requirements.
Is pricing based on seats?
Flarehawk pricing is built around Vigil investigations. Accepted uncompressed data ingest is metered separately, and unlimited team members are included.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. We show localized pricing where available through our payment provider, Stripe, so you can review and pay in your local currency at checkout.
What counts as accepted data?
Accepted data is the uncompressed source size of records that pass validation and deduplication, counted only after the storage write succeeds. Rejected records and retries of a batch that was already accepted are never billed twice.
